It was a good hotel because it had an affordable price. We had to look past the stains on the furnature and anything with fabric; and the sticky feel on the floor and standard of cleanliness. I would stay there again if we can get the same price; it was great

The door lock was broken, but the bolt lock worked. The bed was one of the hardest beds I have ever slept on. I will look elsewhere next time I go to College Station. If there were no other options, I would consider staying here again.

The place is NOTHING like the pictures. The place smelled like mold and old wet rags. The towels smelled nasty, like they dont use detergent to wash them, a few had stains on them. 2 pillows had yellow stains, the A/C was not working properly, either you had it full blast or off, cause it kept going on and off non stop, all night. Very disappointing.

Worst stay ever! If you’re thinking of staying here, please just keep going. The whole outside property were dark-no lights. Walked out of the elevator to a homeless lady with a pitbull barking at us. The beds weren’t clean, black and red spots all on the sheets. The tv did not work. The smell. The roaches. Something bit my mom, who knows what it was. Check in took forever. Just don’t stay there. It’s ridiculous how a business don’t care about their property.
Pulled back the comforter and this is how the bed was.

Evening staff was nice, day shift rude. Room was dirty. Hair on the floor, food on bed, trash on the floor. Beds uncomfortable, toilet barely flushed. Not worth the stay. Elevator doesnt work properly. Only takes you to the 2nd floor instead of all the way to the top floor. So if you're handicapped in anyway, stear clear. Especially cause they won't give a bottom floor room even when they are empty

Hair in the bed. Blood stain on comforter. Lights out in room. Had bad smell. The couple with us next door had issues with their key card and the lady at the front desk just gave them a master key. Who does that? I did feel safe knowing thar others could get in my room as well

This property is not the why the pictures make it out to be the pool is not pretty blue it’s dirty and green and can’t go swimming in it the bed sheets had paint on them and stains on them.there was black stuff on the ceiling I’m not sure what it was the blow dryer did not work only 1 of the plug ins worked and when you pay 289 a night you expect more. And I tried to talk to someone but they didn’t seem to care that much like they already knew the issues but wasn’t willing to make it better or do anything about it.

Choose wisely

I chose the pay at property option the night before I received a message from my prepaid card that a payment had been declined due to insufficient funds not one transaction but two. I call to confirm what’s going on and the owner starts shouting at me that they need to authorize the card already because there is lots of events happening.I was extremely upset from other experiences all they need to hold my room is a card on file and $1 hold. I clearly upset advised her that I would be going to stay as I obviously had an event to attend she stated that my card was fine and the day of I checked in 6 hours before I got there they placed a $20 hold. Check in process after was fine. Hotel was a bit scary older for sure room smelled like old unclean carpet. It was bargain priced for a bargain stay. Pool was dirty and black like it had not been cleaned in a long time. We did not get in.
