I booked this room last minute as I was driving across the country. Less than two hours away from this hotel, and about 30 minutes after booking, my car broke down, and I was left stranded on the interstate. I was unable to get to Goodland, Kansas that night. The hotel was not willing to have any flexibility in their refund policy or give me any type of credit, partial refund, or even an apology. Just a “no” was all I received. I travel across the country quite often and will be sure and avoid this hotel.

Front desk was friendly for checking in and out. The shower head was broken and would not stay in one direction. The shower would flood the whole bathroom and we had to use towel to prevent it soaking it so bad.
