Secluded Beautiful Mountainside Getaway with a Pool & Views

Come take in the million dollar panoramic views of the unique table top mesa mountains while lounging poolside. This chic, private 3bed/3bath bungalow sits on top of a mountain just a quick 30 minutes outside Fresno and is the perfect base for taking in all the natural wonders of Central California. Views on, views on, views and a relaxing spot to watch majestic sunsets, the twinkling lights of the city and the entire Valley floor out in front of you.


The space
The house is comfortable and modern with plenty of space to relax with family and friends. Host your company retreat, bachelorette party or romantic getaway here with personalized add-ons available to make your stay truly memorable.

There is a charcoal BBQ grill and fire pit outside with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoor space. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen and dining table for 10. Each of the three bedrooms has dual temperature control mattress warmers and well-appointed queen beds. A queen size air mattress and twin size floor mattress are also available for extra guests. There are three full bathrooms so everyone has their own space and privacy.


Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, the pool and the 10 acres the property sits on.


Please note that you may encounter potentially dangerous animal.


WILD ANIMALS ARE OFTEN SEEN HERE: Bears, deer, raccoons, gray squirrels, owls, vultures, hawks, foxes, ravens, skunks, lizards, spiders, mice, snakes, scorpions. Heavy forested location.


FIRE PREVENTION: As this area is highly prone to wildfires, smoking of any kind in and around the house (yard, patio, balcony, dining areas), fires outside of the designated fire pit, and bonfires are NOT ALLOWED anytime on the property. This is for yours and everyone’s safety and protection.


CHILD SUPERVISION: Please be sure to supervise your children at all times on the premises, especially around the pool area and wildlife creatures. Please understand that we are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur on/around the property.


POOL SAFETY: There is no lifeguard on duty. You are free to use the pool at your own risk. Please do not enter the pool if you do not know how to swim. Only plastic cups and serving ware allowed in the pool area - no glass/ceramics.

FIREPLACE: Please note that the pellet stove/fireplace in the living room is a non-operational antique and only decorative. DO NOT burn anything inside the fireplace or attempt to operate the pellet stove. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if ash of any kind is found in the burn pot.

Other things to note
If you want to host your event here, just let us know and we’d be happy to put you in touch with local catering and rental providers. Its also available for outdoor photo shoots and as a venue for parties, weddings or events.

This house is the perfect getaway from the city or basecamp for exploring all the natural beauty the Central California mountains have to offer. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activity; this is one of the best places in California. Located just past Millerton Lake, you can hike, bike or swim while having a well-appointed home to return to. Or, just stay on the property and enjoy the private swimming pool and glorious views.


Within minutes from the house, there are fantastic trails for hiking or gravel/mountain biking. Or, short drives (under an hour) to Yosemite National Park (35 miles), 4x4 trails, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, shooting range, wineries, casinos, spas, etc.
