Just not enough competent staff from a Cridsy night. Sam was good but just not trained well.first crrdif card we gave her didn’t save. Then, We were in the wrong room and had to change to a different floor. Then we were called back to fix the card that did not save on the computer . Somewhat of a fiasco.
The hotel needs updating. The bathroom was very old so it made it look dirty.
I'm not a big fan of the maid service only on request. And what I did request was done. I have no problem with the hotels that allow you to opt-out of changing the bed sheets and/or towels, but paying $150/nite in Fresno should be a better experience. And, the breakfast... what was served was pretty good, just not much (choice) of it.
The hotel's breakfast time doesn't open until 6:00 AM, for me that seems a bit late because I think it should be ready at 5:30 AM. The hotel itself is good though.
Friendly staff Paper thin walls. King rooms all on roadside. Noisy.
one night stand for a birthday party in Fresno. Cheap clean and a nice breakfast (tasty bacon!) This room would have been 195-240 in Santa Cruz. Een the gas was insane....2.97!!
Nice place and convenient for visiting Clovis and surrounding areas. Ran into some sierra mountain hikers who were recouperating there, so it’s a great spot to bounce to the mountains I’m sure.
Really nice hotel in old Clovis. Love this place since it’s so close to walking distance to the shops and stores. Will definitely be back here!

Over all good but staff refused to make eggs even though it wasn't 9 a.m yet. Very disappointing be told know by the staff and the manager there00 and making sure the staff provide customers the service that comes with the room.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was comfortable and spacious.
