The experience overall was terrible. The hotel room was filthy, fridge had leaks, cold water wasn’t working, only hand towel were available for use and the staff was not friendly. Several guests were complaining about bugs in their beds.

I'll state facts over my opinion...the first room I was assigned didn't have a working air conditioner. The second room I was assigned had a broken toilet and no remote for the TV. The carpet was dirty in both rooms. Only good thing was the bed was comfy and clean.

The original room I was given would not unlock, then the second room I was given did not have a working lock and I was told by the front desk that that it would be fine and requested another room. The third room I was given, the air conditioner did not turn on, there was no shower curtain at all in the bathroom, the lamp had no lamp shade, most outlets did not work, and the mini fridge was removed. I then left, and booked a room at Quality Inn.

There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor, mold in the shower, dirty carpet in the room (didn't look like it had been vacuumed), and a general very poor up-keep of the whole place. The toilet didn't flush well. The breakfast was very poor. The check-in staff was friendly.

This hotel was disgusting! We arrived too late to find another place to stay so we had to stay in an absolutely filthy room with no towels no soap the carpet was dirty and sticky and there were holes in the ceiling and carpet!! The room smelled awful too. It was a disaster !! Do not stay here ! We tried to contact the manager but she never got back to us. We asked Expedia for a refund but was denied! This was an awful stay!’
