Clean hotel

The updated hotel looks great

The bed was not comfortable. The couch sitting was not comfortable.. Leeft after 1st night.

Several issues here. Every staff member said " my pleasure" after EVERY request -such as asking for water, ordering a drink or food, it started getting creepy. The bed was not comfortable and there is a frosted glass sliding door on the bathroom that affords no privacy. Lastly, I reserved and paid for the room through a third party, they asked for my credit card at check in for incidentals, which I understand, however they charged my card $40.00 PER NIGHT ( discovered after our stay) and they told me after I questioned it, OH yes that is what we charge that will be credited in 3 to 7 days. We have stayed at many marriots and have never had this charge,we will never stay at this location again.

Just do not care for the bathroom sliding glass doors. No, sound barrier, Husband Showered at 6 a.m. woke everyone up, can here everything like he had the "door open", Glad I didn't have a small infant.

Glass bathroom door not flush with the wall, anyone could look in from the sides, plus heavy to push open. My 11 year Old did not care for the glass shower doors, no privacy if anyone need to use the restroom. Gorgeous remode!!!!

Too far from airport-breakfast was just OK would have preferred freshly prepared eggs. Staff was very friendly.

For the price I paid I will say I didn't get my money's worth. Cable limited plus the TV was fuzzy, no refrigerator, dated room, limited bath towels, was supposed to be a deluxe room but they gave me a handicap room. Neither myself nor my guest is handicap.
