The room was so stinky that I had to ask front desk to switch out the room.. it’s just old and rundown
The staff was amazingly friendly and professional and we did not have to fuss over anything because check-in was a breeze, our lone complaint was taken care of immediately, and breakfast was good.
The fire alarm in my room was covered with a plastic bag. The cleaning staff manager told me to check out in a hurry because she wanted to clean room so she could go home.
Pleasant, comfortable, clean. Convenient range from hospital that I was visiting.

The hotel all in all was clean, location was fine. it was needed a little extra something the bathroom need more toiletries then what it had for the 6 people accomodations..
Arrived at 400pm the room was not ready and we had to waite for 45 minutes.They are under staffed at the reception desk.Two people should be their at minimum on holidays.
Great location.....blocks away from IKEA and numerous restaurants. Great area for hotel, one exit north of 275 on 75. Would definitely stay again; great deal for the area and I would describe the place as better than a two star hotel.
Easy check-in , comfortable room but very noisy at night.
I thought the hotel was reasonably priced and it had everything you need. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel in general were clean. The area around it felt safe, had plenty of food choices and close to major highways. My only negative was that when I came to check in around noon the person was rude about it and I had to find something to do for 3.5 hours, but thankfully the location had a movie theater.
