I had a pretty disappointing stay here during a business trip. I arrived around 10 PM to check in and there were no parking spots available in the hotel lot. I drove around the building and noticed multiple construction containers, trucks, and materials taking up areas that would normally be used for parking. When I asked the front desk, I was told it was okay to park in the handicap section, which didn’t feel like an appropriate solution. The room itself felt very dated and worn, and it was clear the property is undergoing a remodel. The elevators were also dirty, and during the day there was constant construction noise—drilling and hammering—which made it difficult to work from the room. Breakfast was another letdown: the chicken sausage was dry and rubbery, and the coffee was poor. Overall, there was very little positive about this stay, and I would not return.

The room was not clean and up to date! Cobwebs in the corner and the room and bathroom were very tired. The carpet squares in the room were pealing up, and I even tripped on this two times. Not worthy to be a Hilton property!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He checked me in, and I proceeded to the room. The room was ok…at first. Then I saw it in the light. The bathroom had what I assume are mildew/mold spots on the ceiling, the bathroom door was rotting out at the bottom, the fake wood paneling was chipping and faded in spots, the shower used to have a handicap bar but all that was showing was the bolts that had since rusted, and the decor was dated at best. I didn’t take a shower the night I checked in, so I decided to take a shower the next day before heading to work an afternoon shift. I was not informed that the water was going to be shut off for maintenance at the exact moment I was going to get in the shower. So, smelling like a goat, I did my best with deodorant and baby wipes to look and smell as best I could. I had planned to use the pool out maybe a hot tub, but nope, again, was never informed that the pool was going to be down for remodel. Great. Came back to the hotel late in the evening after working my afternoon shift to find no open parking spaces by the front door, and shipping containers taking up half the parking lot, so I had to park by the back entrance. Luckily, the door was open and I was able to get in without having to walk around the hotel in “Snow-maggedon 2026”. The second bed I slept in had a lean to it like a car with two passenger side flat tires. So, not great.

The room was clean, but the pillows were awful. They are very soft, thin, and sparsely filled with lumpy polyfill. I highly recommend bringing your own. We had contactless check in and out, so I did not have any contact with the front desk. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast.

The heater in the room only blew cold air, and when we returned to our room saturday evening the fire alarm strobe light in our room and bathroom was going off. Nobody knew how to shut it off. Instead od offering us us another room, they completely forgot about us and brushed it under the rug. The next morning i informed the new front desk clerk and he was very apologetic however that didnt bring back the loss of sleep from the bright blinking light all night.

+Did not eat the breakfast. The beds in our rooms were very noisy and the mattresses sagged. Every time you rolled over in bed during the night the bed made noise and woke up my wife. The hotel is supposedly under renovation. It needs it.

Staff was fantastic. The hallway smelled like mold, stains were on one of the comforters, and the shower head was falling off. The heater/AC unit made horrible sounds all night. We prefer Hampton Inns. We stayed at this location to try a different one and wouldn't recommend this location
