Room we selected wasn’t available when we arrived. Very disappointing. Had to plead with desk staff to get different room.
Went to breakfast approx. 8:45am. Not much out, no eggs, pancake machine not working. Most dishes empty. Asked employee in area if they were bringing out more as breakfast ran until 10am. She walked away without saying anything. Waited a little longer and asked front desk. They said they would be brining out more shortly. About 10 mins later, employee came out and started taking away breakfast items. Said breakfast is over. Asked front desk for manager, said there were not any but gave me number of one to call. Called and left message. Still no return call. Employees did not have any clue what was happening or any desire to provide customer service. Hotel was clean and new.
Everything was great from the front desk to the breakfast. Would recommend!!

Everything was great until I got up at 5.30 am to take a shower. There was not a shower curtain. Hopefully I did not make too much of a mess
Highway access is always a good thing. So that was a plus

Extremely fast check in/check out service. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of different options.
I know the property was somewhat new. But I loved the decor and the shower especially.

Brand New, easy to get on and off I-75. Clean, great staff and the bed was super comfortable.

I was happy to find this little gem. This is a new hotel. We had an incredible view from our 5th floor room. Large room with an excellent layout. Very convenient to many restaurants and businesses. Friendly, helpful, and efficient front desk staff and breakfast servers. The breakfast was fantastic! What a variety. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.
