Love the location

Room was very clean.. nice rate

We arrived for a late check-in. The unsmiling desk clerk did not say hello, welcome us . . . Just grunted "I.D." at me. We asked for and were given a "non-smoking" room, which reeked of cigarettes. The hallway and room carpets were dingy. There was audible conversation in the hallway at 4 am. There was a parked tractor trailer left idling outside our window at 3 am. I will say that the mattress was great, the linens were clean, the shower was fine. But all in all an awful night.

This property was OK. It was very outdated and you could smell it. It was fine for a one night, short stay.

The hotel is in need of a remodel (the carpet in my room was clean, but looked old/in need of replacing). The lobby smelled slightly like cigarettes, and my room had a bit of a strange smell, too. Everything seemed clean in my room, though, and the staff were knowledgeable and did their job well. It was a bit noisy when I was about to go to sleep, but I was also in a room next to the elevator and I wasn’t on the top floor, so that wasn’t completely unexpected. The location is convenient to the highway.

Wish it had a fitness room. Breakfast was goid but often not well attended

The hotel needs updated. The elevator was broke down and the room smelled musty. The bed was not very comfortable. Probably would not stay there again.

The price was decent but the hotel looked very old and out dated. It was cob webs and yellow stains in the corners by the heaters. The towel rack came off and the carpet look old and dirty. It’s no some place I will stay again.

This hotel is drastically in need of a complete makeover!!! Beginning with the elevators which had dried gum on the selection pad & floor. Then, the elevator moved as if it were going to get stuck in between floors. Next, our room was old & dingy & the bathroom toilet made a noise every time it was flushed. Then, the shower tub was stained & discolored. The refrigerator had left over molded food inside of it, which smelled. Apparently, the cleaning maid didn't do a fantastic job as she stayed on her card that was left on the bed. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that it is in a great location, near the freeway and shares a parking lot with a nice movie theater & Rooster's Sports Bar. Restaurants are very close as well but, other than that, this hotel sucks!!! Please clean it up!!!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and loved the clam, serene environment.

I was on the ground floor. Room 131, I heard every car that went through the parking lot...

Carpets & bathrooms need updated. Carpet was stained in our room, toilet rocked back & fourth, & floor tile in bathroom dingy.;

I reserved a 2-double bed room for 4 adults + 1 child through Orbitz, however when we arrived, the receptionist told me that they had only 1-king bed room available. Are you kidding me?? My reservation clearly stated that I reserved a 2-double bed room, you seriously provide only 1-king bed for 4 adults + 1 child? The hotel staff was rude and didn't honor my reservation, had the worst experience staying there. I'm not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is in need of a remodel (the carpet in my room was clean, but looked old/in need of replacing). The lobby smelled slightly like cigarettes, and my room had a bit of a strange smell, too. Everything seemed clean in my room, though, and the staff were knowledgeable and did their job well. It was a bit noisy when I was about to go to sleep, but I was also in a room next to the elevator and I wasn’t on the top floor, so that wasn’t completely unexpected. Thank you for your review, I am so sorry there was a bit of noise by your room. We are hoping to get a renovation within the next year. We do discourage smoking near the front entrance, and ask people go to the smoking area in the back area of the building. Sometimes we do have guests smoke in non-smoking rooms, which is a 250.00 charge.
