This property looks glamorous online, but the reality was very different. Our first room hadn’t been cleaned properly — there was hair all over the shower floor and even in the bed area, including full wads of hair. We asked to move rooms, but the second room had the same cleanliness issues, which made it clear this wasn’t a one-off. For a $500+ weekend, this was incredibly disappointing and honestly pretty gross. To make matters worse, when we arrived late at night, the front desk staff didn’t greet us or offer any basic hospitality. Overall, the experience was not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

When we first entered the room we found a bug on the curtain and hairs on the sheets. We called and they instantly switched our room. The rooms were alittle above average and it cost us $60 a day to park

This hotel was one of a kind. The decor, the high vaulted ceilings in the room made the look extraordinary. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The location was central to a lot of places. I will definitely be back!
