The property is beautiful and very clean!! Everything was perfect, will definitely stay here again!

I didn’t like the television. It was small and the volume remained low despite being turned up all the way. I was also put in a handicap room despite not having a disability.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location. This was not the best stay we have had there. It was ok: they may need some upgrades soon and a little more attention to details (furniture is looking worn down, indoor pool was cold and the water looked murky, complimentary coffee in the lobby had grounds in it). However, the staff is helpful and I do believe they are trying to give you the best experience they can within what is in their control. On that note, this will most likely be our last visit to HGI Blue Ash as the price is not worth the lack of quality we are seeking.

Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel tried their best to make everything right and set things straight with me after using Orbitz booking. Orbitz used pictures and altered the rooms pics of the bathroom and we were suppose to get 2 queen size beds with memory foam mattresses, which never received, the hotel doesn't have that. Plus was suppose to have a whirlpool and a swimming pool. Well pics lied there as well., no whirlpool at all and an extremely small pool that was only 4 ft deep. I will never use Orbitz ever again, and the hotel shouldn't have to try to make things better Orbitz should. Very disappointed

Hotel was nice how ever a king size room was booked and was given a double queen room.

We arrived late and were still able to get food and a drink to relax. We were made very comfortable.

I came into town to celebrate a team from high school. The location was perfect. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the room was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had to stop for the night because of bad weather. Very nice hotel.

We stayed here only for 1day. And found out this is pretty quiet place. But unfortunately breakfast was not included at all.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was a very good value especially if you have kids under twelve. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Excellent value for the dollar--attractive lobby, friendly and helpful staff, nicely finished room, beds with adjustable firmness, indoor pool, and more. The only drawback was the hotel's use of a water softener which makes it nearly impossible to feel that you have rinsed off all soap and shampoo. I used to live two miles from this hotel and the water is not so hard as to require softening. The water is enough to make me think twice about returning there.

Great place to stay. Great location to everything, not to far from anything.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Kings Island. It's a fairly new, very-well kept HGI only 10 minutes from the park. I'd definitely stay here again.

Went with two kids and two adults. Felt safe and had fun in pool. Not far at all from Kings Island.

We were in town for a weekend at Kings Island. The hotel is an easy 15 minute drive from the park. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. It took about 2 minutes to check in and even less to check out. We'll stay here again. The pool is a little small, but at least it has one.
