Situated right next to the highway, we could hear the cars at night.
About 830pm a heavy pot smell I assume from either the hallway or another room found it's way into my room. It dissipated within the hour. Having grown up as a teenager in late 60's and early 70's I'm familiar with the smell. It's no major problem with me but if the room smells this way I'll decline to stay there. I'd be the same if it smells like an old bar.
Arrived Wednesday and room wasn't cleaned or sheets changed for six days! Despite my daily requests to clean the room and give me towels my requests were ignored. At checkout they said they'd comp one night for my trouble, but no-they lied again and I paid full price for a dirty hot mess. Stay away it's not what it used to be!!!
Room was excellent with a walk in shower and two rooms, bedroom and living room/kitchen. Very nice.
Too much construction and materials all over parking lot and near pool area. Also, pool did not have towels the two times I went out to swim. Staff, however, was amazing; Larry fun and seems to love his job!
The guy sat at the front desk had a terrible service, unprofessional.we book the room from Orbit and I was pretty sure he not happy about that.It was late that night but he still trying to tell me i need to cancel the room and book another room directly from him(I guess he can get more commission ).

The property appeared worn out. The carpets were filthy, the electrical was not working properly, the wall paper was torn or partially replaced, lampshades were missing and the breakfast was under cooked.
This was my second stay here and both times the place smelled like marijuana. Our room has spots of blood on the walls and carpet. People were living there which is fine but need to be more respectful of guests by not having personal discussions outside or in lobby and cussing. One man didn’t get his name was very nice and respectful of guests. He was tall and black. I think this will be our last time staying.
We stayed on the third floor. There was a strong sweat odor in the hallways. Thank goodness the room did not have the smell
Holes in walls. Bed uncomfortable. Facility seems to have become much deteriorated over the last 4 years.
Terribly dim hallway lighting, almost no light in bathroom, someone had taken sink and tub drain caps off to help with drainage, faux leather couch all worn and cracked
The location of this hotel is very good. I’ve stayed here before, and normally the room maid service is good, but this time they were a bit poor on refreshing towels and the shower mat.
I love this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Well located, great staff, great service, reasonably priced. Keep up the great work y’all!
I stayed multiple nights. The bed was comfy and the room was clean, although the couch was dingy from use. The staff was very accommodating and cheerful. My only concern was the darkness of the hallways. They are lit by what looks like fluorescent light bars every six or so feet. They are not adequate to light the hallway, even during daylight hours. This could pose a serious security issue.
It is a lovely property and I hadn't expected a suite! The bed was SUPER comfortable. Everything was clean. The woman at check-in when I came in on July 19th, in the evening, wasn't very friendly, but everyone else was. The man making omelets on Sunday, the 21st, was incredible! I loved that they had French vanilla creamer. The location was perfect as far as I was concerned. It was peaceful. The only drawbacks were that the toilet made a funny, distracting noise so that I had to close the bathroom door at night and the desk chair was broken--in that it was set for a taller person and I couldn't adjust it. Otherwise, things were great!
Everything was perfect, except the pool needed alittle cleaning. Excellent stay though.

Thank you for your review and we searched and found your room and date to figure out who and where it was we do not allow any smoking or vaping in our building even if it is legal. We have smoking area outside just for that. We are a smoke free work place too. We are deeply sorry.

Thank you for your review but if you would call the hotel and realized you were a no show and you were refunded the full amount not the 1 night room and tax you should have paid which was a total of 251.43. We are sorry that you felt you had a bad experience for you had 4 reservations and only cancelled two.

We are deeply sorry. We are not sure why he wanted you to do that. We do not get commissions from the booking but pay commissions for all over our bookings even at hotel level. Did you check in after audit? After Audit will cancel out and be a no show. Again we are deeply sorry and we will address this issue.
