Wonderful hotel, wonderful property very friendly and accommodating staff. Wonderful breakfast… But simply do not like smoke coming into the main building as an eating breakfast. And coming and going from the main lobby area there’s smoke terrible area for a smoking area directly in front of the entrance to the lobby.

I was really pleased with the safe location, great price on a Sat night, roomy shower and the generous sized room. The breakfast was basic and didn’t excite me but the coffee was decent..I would suggest better quality bagels or pastries or maybe a breakfast sandwich as the hot food was not appetizing. The worst part of the stay was the bed, it was sunken in the middle which made sleeping uncomfortable. The price was right and it was clean so I might consider staying here in the future….

Definitely needs updating! Peeling wallpaper, furniture shabby. The biggest issue is that I needed a kitchen. But, these was not a single kitchen item in the cupboard! No plates, no silverware, no drink ware, no dish towels, no dish soap, no paper towels, no nothing! I am disabled, and stayed for 3 nights while my husband was away. Certainly didn’t meet my needs. I brought my own food, but had nothing to eat it with or on!

Excellent location to restaurants and wonderful shopping. It is a really nice area. Best place to stay in Cincinnati if you need to stay in this particular area. Lots of traffic on south bound 71 and 75 which makes it very time consuming to travel to destinations in downtown Cincinnati.
