The room was ok at best and somewhat dirty. There was a dead roach in the picture frame. We had to ask for roomservice and the only thing done was the bed was made. I had to get clean towels among other things.

Property presentation was good. Water pressure was too low.

This use to be a really nice property. It definitely needs some TLC.

This hotel is less than accommodating. The room was dirty and uncomfortable but the staff was friendly. The first room I was placed in smelled awful. The smell was so strong that I spoke with the front desk and they moved me to another room. The second room had hair on the towels in the shower, pillows, floor and sink. The shower was not clean. I was tired from traveling, so I cleaned the room. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I wouldn’t consider the breakfast options anything worth eating. You’ll be better driving around the corner to a restaurant than eating a tasteless pastry in a bag. The hotel location is great. It’s close to the highway and restaurants. The only positive from my experience was how friendly and welcoming the staff is.

Nice quiet location with easy access to the main arteries of Cincinnati. Staff was friendly and welcoming and quick to address our questions and requests. If you take the breakfast option purely for convenience, it's good, but the property is minutes away from other restaurant options that serve tastier fare and better coffee. The layout of the room was nice, but overall the property needs some refreshing and lifting up.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The only issue was loud guests that made it hard to sleep.
