Really quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom was a little small but other than that great hotel.

Overall it's not a bad hotel but there are minor things that will put you off. The bathroom is very small and the vent in the shower was always dirty. All the doors besides the main one of course that are supposed to require a key were broken. Other than that the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really nice. The queen suite we were in was roomy and decorated nice. It had a fridge and coffee maker but not a microwave, which in my opinion is odd. Other than that the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice, and the staff was helpful.

Good hotel overall. Only problems, bathroom is extremely small and pool probably closed for fall.

They're still remodeling but it looks great. Staff was really nice. Rooms are spacious! I would stay there again.

When I arrived at 12:30 am exhausted to check in my room. I find out that his hotel allowed me to book a room while under construction and they had no rooms left for me. I was then sent to another hotel that was not nice at all to stay for the night. Not knowing Hyatt only booked the new room for the one night , i left my belongings in the room while i went to a conference the next day. Now i have to possibly leave the conference to deal with this. To solve this issue now the Hyatt has me come back to their hotel for my final night. I tried to contact the hotel manager but never got a chance to speak with them. This was a horrible experience and Hope no one else has to go through a trip like this thanks to the Hyatt Place Cincinnati/ Blue Ash!!!

THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN, GREAT SERVICE, COMFORTABLE ROOMS, REALLY FELT LIKE HOME. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

My reservation was made approximately 10 months prior to the stay. At arrival, we were given a room next to the elevator. Because there were several youth soccer teams staying at the hotel, the elevator was constantly busy. We were in the room a total of 5 minutes and requested a new room. At that point, we were given a handicap accessible room. The bathroom was dirty and the shower barely sprayed water. The hand-held nozzle would not stay up, in order to take a normal stand up shower. We were told this was the only available room. I guess it doesn't pay to purchase early and get what you requested. We will not be staying at this location again.

The hotel was very clean. We ate at the bar for dinner and had a very nice meal. For breakfast we ate in the restaurant and it was very good as well. Our son enjoyed the pool so much on Thanksgiving morning, we would definitely stay here again if we head to Columbus for the holiday!

While staying at this particular hotel I had an okay experience and the reason I say that is because the sheets on the bed where kind of dirty and then not only that when I got up for breakfast the pancakes where hard and I hard to wait at least 10-15 mins on them to cook more.

Check in was easy and came with some complimentary cookie. The room was clean and it was nice to have a couch to sit on. The bathroom is small, and our only complaint at all is that you had to hold the toilet handle down to get it to flush. It was central to shopping in the area, near lots of food and all the staff were nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was outstanding...not only with me but with others staying at the Hotel.

Over all my experience at this particular hotel was good.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. very clean.

We actually were turned away for our first night of booking here. Something went wrong with their system, and the hotel was overbooked. Instead of leaving us out to dry, they did everything they could to find us another room, and comped our room at the other hotel. We came back the next day, early because of the hotel we stayed in the night before. There was no housekeeping, so the attendant at the front desk went in and cleaned our room for us so we could get in. They took great care of us, and we appreciated their attentiveness.

I picked the Hyatt mainly because of its location. It was close to everything that I was planning on visiting, the Ikea, the outlet and Kings Island. I was surprised quiet the area is, no rush hour traffic, not a lot of business area, but just seconds away from the highway which takes you right to any places that you want to go. I agree with other reviewers about the cleanliness of the room. I found some hairs in the bathroom behind the door when I first arrival. The wall paper was peeling off and the toilet paper hanger was so rusted I thought I was in a motel instead of Hyatt place.

Handicap room, well appointed. Front desk staff infomed of inadequate cooling in room. A room fan was purchased to remedy problem. A rather disappointing stay-will not use again.

The shaff was very helpful and considerate of my family and our needs. This location is a difinite recomendation to all my friends in the future.

Kings Island water park hadn't opened yet the Thursday before memorial day. There maintenance man opened the pool on Friday for my son. That's good people! Thank you!
