IT WAS CLEAN! They food they offered was good and beautifully arranged. We were on a work trip so we didnt have time for the pool. But it was nice to have a clean room to shower and rest our heads. Btw the rooms and bathrooms were huge.

Our visit was a disappointment as soon as we arrived. We booked a king room with a pull out couch. We were given a room with a king bed, but no pull out. We had 2 adults and 2 children. When I called the front desk to tell them the room was not going to work, the response was a very rude "don't mess up that room". I asked that we be placed in a room as reserved online. We were placed in a room with two double beds. Not even close to our request. I felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff, not a guest. The pool water was so cold our grandsons were freezing. When I checked out, I told the front desk that I was unhappy with our visit. I was told they would make it right with me. They took my contact information and said the manager was out at that time, but they would get with me. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Not good customer service.
We were impressed with our overall experience! The room had a modern look, located in a quiet, safe neighborhood! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious! Perfect location close to Kenwood mall! We will definitely book again!

Everthing was fine here, and the staff was friendly, helpful and always available. I liked the salt water indoor pool, though the water was chilly for this Southerner. I was pleased to find a light blanket in the closet, so I didn't have to sweat under the Alpine duvet in August. I will certainly return to this hotel.

We only stayed 1 night but the hotel was very clean and updated. The fitness room was very nice. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was handy.
