It was convenient to where I needed to be. The hotel smelled like a mixture of mildew, cigarette smoke and air freshener. Overall the property was old and rather run down. Stains on the chairs in the room, Bed lines were clean
Everything we needed was there. Liked having refrigerator and microwave.
The suite was a bit dated looking but nice and clean and had a great nights sleep in the king-size bed :)
Satisfied customer here! Room was clean and more spacious than I thought it would be! Staff was friendly, professional and quickly resolved an issue I had with the room. I wish the restaurant and bar was open but I understand why it was closed due to Covid.
Last minute availability when the city was sold out was great. We thought for the price breakfast would be included. Everything else was great.
Room clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the previous booking. When you spend $200 on a room you expect something clean and ready
Everything was Excellent. What was so Surprising is that I received a texted asking if everything was going Pans if we need anything. I Travel All the time and never had this happen. What an Impression this made on me.

Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly.
The AC was locked and the unit barely blew out air, making for a hot room.
Attended a business conference that took place in the hotel, so I stayed in the hotel over night. Very nice hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be that the free Wi-Fi was very slow.
Hotel was just okay. The biggest complaint is that the bed was not the least bit comfortable. My back hurt for a couple of days after that. May have just been the bed in our room but I don't want to experience that again so I won't be returning.
It is a good hotel for families with kids. Our kids enjoyed indoor pool and breakfast.
Stayed here while visiting family nearby. Eastgate mall is right beside this hotel and was a nice way to unwind after spending the day on the road. The hotel room was clean but was in need of updating. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept in. Sleeping on the floor would have been equivalent. For that reason alone, we will not stay there again. Otherwise, it is just an okay hotel.
