This cozy room is newly renovated with newly installed split- type a/c, wood floor and separate sliding door entrance with private full bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with plenty of free parking space. It's walking distance to MTS bus going to downtown San Diego. Minutes away to supermarkets, groceries, malls and restaurants.
The room is fully furnished With queen mattres bed, provides with flannel comforter, pillows, 65” tv( Netflix), mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, clothing steamer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Exactly what I needed

Everything was exactly as I expected. Comfortable accommodations. Check in time was 3pm. Compact refrigerator, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, large tv. Street parking was a non-issue.

Great place to stay for solo travel. Just need a better wifi access other than that its an excellent place to stay! And definitely coming back next year
