We booked a 2 bedroom apartment here for one night. The room was really well appointed and spacious. The location was fantastic - right in the centre of the city. The rooms are a little dated and could do with some maintenance, but for the price we were really happy as it had everything we needed. The one real issue was that we could hear people in the room next door.

We stayed at this hotel throughout our trip in Christchurch, which was 6 out of 8 nights in New Zealand. It has a gated carpark, full kitchenette, washing machine and dryers. Our room also had a heater. It was a breeze check-in to the hotel apartment. The hotel was located at a very convenient distance from the heart of the city, not too near and yet within walking distance. It’s also a 5-min drive to the Pak’nSave supermarket. Our room was facing the main road, but with the double glaze windows you can’t really hear the traffic. And it has a very nice view. Oh i forgot to mention this is one hotel, which I don’t have to request for extra pillows

This hotel was not to the written standards online. False hope. It was nice to be on the edge of city however i felt that it wasnt very laid out, organised or welcoming. The rooms were big wich was nice yet very run down, very dirty!! and very broken. Main bedrooms were on walkway so got echoy and noisy made for an interupeted sleep. It was a nice hotel maybe dont avertise the standards as high untill modifications and upgrades in placed wasnt un happy but wasnt over wowed by the place with how much i payed i though there would be more care to rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights while attending a conference across the road at the Christchurch town hall, which made the choice of the hotel perfect. Very spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, fully equipped and clean. We are at the restaurant every morning for breakfast which was satisfying. I would like to have seen more variety of food instead of the same 4 mornings in a row. The restaurant and bar were never open at any other stage.

Our family (2 adults + 1 infant) stayed here for 4 nights in June 2019. One of us was running the Christchurch marathon which started and finished less than 100 metres from the hotel's front door so the location was obviously super handy for that. Marathon aside, the location is excellent, being a short walk to central Christchurch and all it has to offer. The rooms, whilst not super luxurious or modern, were comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. We were able to cook basic food in the kitchen and store everything we needed to feed the family when we ate in. We had breakfast included. The buffet was small and with simple food, but it was good enough for us with some healthy options. The restaurant itself is small, but oddly enough it was always quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. I would happily stay here again, as I regard the hotel to be very good value for money albeit not luxurious or upmarket. Just one note, the rooms have the potential to be a little noisy, due to the design and layout of the corridors. It wasn't an issue for us, but if people came and went at odd hours and decided to talk noisily it might be. But it's fair to say that's true of any hotel!

Great location staff are so lovely and the accommodation is beautiful and spacious 5 minutes walk into the square and 2 minutes to the casino everything at walking distance Breakfast in the hotel was great

We landed in Christchurch after more than 30 hours flight from Norway. I chose this apartment hotel because it included breakfast and a very spacious apartment. We had a two-bedroom hotel room even though we were only 2. Reason is I liked to have a terrace where I am allowed to smoke. Just close the door of the terrace. We did not cook at all but this apartment has the facilities that you could make food especially if you are a big family. When we arrived, our room was not available yet. I asked the receptionist if there was an available room however there was none. She promised to call me on my NZ mobile number but she never did. If there was one bad experience in NZ during our trip, this lady sitting in the reception who is originally from France based on her accent, is the BAD experience in our whole 3 weeks stay in NZ. She was rude. I felt transported to Paris i.e., a few rude French people. I highly recommend this hotel because it is centrally located. Just across you can go for a 15 walk and you are in the city center already. We just stayed in Christchurch to re-charge our batteries after a long flight. Their breakfast was very good. Wifi works well. Room was clean. Sofa however was sagging. I suggest it is time to change the sofa soon. Their washing machine is also a tumble dryer. They provided soap.

Stayed here for weekend was nice could do with a bit of updating in suites and balconies are small unless in penthouse really good secure parking and very close to casino and pubs clubs the breakfast isn't much to write home about but not the worst one I have had I would definitely go back

We travelled as a family together, spacious unit with a sizeable kitchen. Very nice central location in Christchurch. On a one way street but it doesn't trouble us much with out rental car. Will return

We stayed here just the one night prior to flying out of Christchurch the next morning. Family of 3 in a two bedroom suite. It was an absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. Check in was first class, undercover parking onsite for a very small fee. Access to all we needed to get to in Christchurch was very easy. The suite was impeccable and very decadent. We almost wanted to stay in that night to enjoy the ambience of the suite, watch a movie and enjoy the amazing view and skyline from the suite. It was a tempting option! The king sized beds are the best beds ever. The bed linen is crisp and white and made the night’s sleep extra decadent. The toiletries supplied and bathroom linen do not disappoint and we found we were all in heaven and felt very spoilt. Surprised to find the washer/drier combo, and this is another bonus. Nothing was too much trouble for reception. We weren’t able to sample the breakfast or restaurant due to shortage of time, so we will have to leave that for another visit.
