The room was great- loved the nightly delivery of water chocolates and that adorable teddy bear :) staff was so attentive friendly kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay -location was also easy from airport and wonderful for the convenience of Hasley Park/gardens.

A good location and the laundry facilities and self-parking are big pluses. However, the ground floor room we had was a bit noisy with traffic from the parking lot and the street. The staff at the front desk ranged from great to just ok depending on who was there. Overall, a fine place to stay but definitely more of a nice small boutique hotel than a five star hotel.

Room was clean but not quiet, and we expected a bigger menu in Bistro 50. Also couldn't get really cold water from tap in our bathroom, due to its position against the mirror. On the positive side, staff couldn't have performed better, everyone was willing and thoroughly pleasant to deal with.

Excellent service

We had planned to drop off our bags at the hotel and go for a walk before 11am. However, the weather wasn’t kind, so we waited in the lobby. We didn’t expect to check in so early, but the hotel kindly offered us a room. While we were waiting, they provided us with complimentary coffee and tea. It was such a kind gesture and excellent service. Thank you very much—we really enjoyed our stay at The George Hotel.
