This was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. We may as well have camped outside on the grass next to the road. No noise insulation at all. Staff didn't understand English nor have a grasp of treating their guests with respect. This motel had the absolute minimum of everything, with the exception of road noise and unfriendly staff. You know when someone smiles at you when you are speaking but just wants you to go away.

My only complaint, and it might be my incompetence was that the TV turned on at 5am every morning and I couldn’t figure out how to stop it from doing that. Otherwise staff were nice, hotel in a good location overlooking Hagley Park.

Straight across from the park which is greqt for running, walking, reading... Beautiful greenary throught. Reception staff was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and a good size. Great value for money.

Not the best stay, property very dated and not clean. Bed was not a king, tv not mounted straight. Shower felt dirty, no hand soap and carpark was full, main reason we booked here was because it included parking.

There was no one at reception when we arrived - I rang the bell several times. I rang the complex and someone finally came. Our room had ants !! We use this property a lot and we were disappointed with the service and cleanliness.
