Fantastic service from the Ashford Staff. Our flight was delayed and we needed to book extra nights for 2 rooms and the staff handled this so seamlessly despite it being a long weekend as well. Having kids and a baby added an extra layer of difficulty for us but the staff made our life so easy and supported us with whatever we needed- I could not be more grateful! The room was lovely and a perfect walking distance to everything we needed. Really happy with our stay here and highly recommend.

Well it has everything that we need. Beds are comfy, room is spacious and clean, kitchen is well equipped with the essential stuff to cook our own meals. The only downside is our room is just next to the main street and is a bit noisy.

A little bit of excellence in every way.

It was roomy, quiet, warm and very comfortable. It had full kitchen facilities and I think we may have been upgraded. It is close to Merivale and within walking distance from eateries and shops. The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. It is one of our favourite places.
