As soon as you enter our townhouse, you`re greeted by the gorgeous yet highly comfortable open -concept living.You certainly will feel at home.Take a moment to unwind ,sink into the comfortable large sofa.

BEDROOMS
Heading up to the first floor you will find both bedrooms.Plush queen size beds in each room with a bathroom in between.Our beds have Hotel standard linen supplied by Canterbury Linen who service 5 star hotel cleans.You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed.

BATHROOM
High pressure shower to soothe those weary bones.White towels and toiletries plus hairdryer supplied.

Please note this is a 2 storey townhouse and the upper floor is accessible by stairs only.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves and travelling companions.
Easy to use electronic keypad, which will light up once you put your hand on the pad.The entry code will be supplied 3 days before arrival.

With an allocated carpark right in front of the property and plenty in the street there is no worry of parking.

I do not live on the premises but am available by text between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

Quiet leafy street with free street parking for that extra vehicle.
Just 5 minutes drive to Edgeware village and restaurants.

Designated park to the front side of townhouse.
Public transport with a easy 2 minute walk.

Please note we can facilitate early check -ins/late check outs .There is a extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours ,extra cost is to cover express clean.
Please do dishes before departure and remove rubbish to outside bins.please remove shoes at all times.
Know unregistered guests.
Know smoking of any kind inside property.
Please do not remove any furniture or belongings.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours.
Please refrain from making loud noise outside between 9 pm and 7am.If you are unable to comply with these rules we ask you not to bookwith us.
Additionally parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is strictly 10am late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.Thanks for your understanding.
