Salisbury courtyard townhouse with two TVs in Christchurch

Settle into a private city townhouse with a fenced courtyard, fibre Wi-Fi and TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. Cook in the full kitchen, do laundry at home and use the laptop-friendly setup when work calls. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, so stairs are required. The listing accommodates up to three guests, with sofa-bed arrangements subject to the existing booking conditions.

The ground floor has the kitchen and living area opening to a fenced courtyard. Upstairs are the bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy a lounge TV, a second TV in the bedroom, heat pump, fan, washer and dryer, bidet and Nespresso coffee machine. A laptop stand and table provide a practical work setup. Please arrange any sofa-bed setup in advance.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and private courtyard are for your use. Stairs connect the living area to the bedroom and bathroom.

Location and transport
A central Christchurch base on Salisbury Street, convenient for exploring city cafés, restaurants and attractions.
Public street parking is available nearby on a first-come basis; a space is not reserved or guaranteed. Walk into the central city or use local transport for longer trips.

Important information
Sofa-bed:
Usually 2 or less guests don’t use sofa bed. But if you want to use it, let us know, we’ll prepare extra linens and there will be extra $20 cleaning fee (the fee is included for 3 guests).

NO FOOD IN THE BEDROOM, please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge area only

NO SMOKERS!

Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
