"Photos are from when this place was new. The fake plants are missing from all rails except by the elevators. The water was barely in the creek on main floor. Place is worn out and in need of complete rehab. Filthy carpet, patched up wall paper, leaky plumbing- could not figure where water was coming from. Mildew odor, fogged windows. Pool was not open and ice machine on 12th floor out of service. Building terrible, staff was good. Coffee not available in lobby at 5:30am, had to go to Sheraton across the street for a cup which they took pity on me and gave it to me free. Location was walkable to: Bricktown, Myriad Garden, Scissor park, Skirvin restaurants and National Restaurant."

"Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable. Our family of 6 got the deluxe suite that sleeps 8. You have to pay for the extra people to use the water park which we thought was included. The amenities in the room were limited, Exactly 6 towels, 2 coffee cups and 3 coffee pods is not enough for 6 people.. Mini refrigerator barely fit anything (Should be larger for the suites). No microwave, outer door was hard to lock and the t.v. wouldn’t turn off. The outdoor pool wasn’t open as the website said. We came to celebrate our grand daughter’s birthday and ended up only doing the indoor park not knowing that it wasn’t open. Most of the slides are for 42 & 48 inches & taller- makes it hard when you have younger kids and they can’t ride they have the younger kids slides but there was so many bigger kids running around and using them that the little kids were pushed aside. We were on the main walkway and it was very loud when there were people walking through there- especially at 10 pm when everyone was trying to sleep. They automatically charge gratuity at the restaurants which we barely had service at the buffet but still charged for poor service. Everything is cashless- which I hate!"
