The room needs some work done, the bed was uncomfortable I could feel the springs inside the mattress. The TV was really small close to 17 inches. The shower door would not stay closed I had to stuff a towel in the wheels only the door to keep it from opening. Overall it was convenient for what I had to do but will skip this hotel in the future.

The staff was great and the room was clean. We did have the suite and had our two teen daughters sleeping on the pullout couch, which they would they said multiple times that they could not give us a blanket that they use on the beds and instead we had to use thin throw blankets from the closet. The kids were cold. We had to go out and buy blankets for the room. We all really love a hot shower and at best the shower water was lukewarm.

Excellent room layout, king bed with all features in easy reach. Great window treatments with dual roller shades for convenient light with privacy and blackout. Bedding: firm, comfortable. Temp: perfect, at 68-71°F. Didn’t use the pool or biz center, but they looked good. Breakfast was fine, all the usual Hampton items with higher than usual quality and attentiveness. My gf and I had grand time, would choose this loc again next time.

Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in. Sergio, the front desk attendant, was awesome. He was very pleasant and very professional. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were spacious, beds were super comfortable, the bathroom is really big. Love the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion!
