no hot water. they said it would be back in the morning. nope. by the time i checked out there was still no water. staff couldn't care less. i ask for manager to call me. never got a call. this place is ghetto.

The WiFi was pretty much nonexistent, there were ants in the bathroom, there was mold around the bathtub, and it was LOUD.

The facility and the room we stayed in needs remodeling. Broken couches visible on the floor. The headboard was torn. Staff didn’t offer coffee nor pastry.

The staff was not friendly and no breakfast which if I would have known that I would have stayed at another hotel. The room faced the freeway and was very noisy. I will not stay there again.

Location was good. Breakfast was very very limited. Walls inside the room were scuffed and dirty.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property. I would have to try hard to say something good about this place. AVOID it at all costs. Don't let the pictures and amenities fool you. It paints a pretty picture, but its far from it. To put in perspective on how terrible this place is..after I got to my room I went on my phone to book the hotel I stayed at last time I was in the area (Rancho Cucamonga). I arrived around 7:30pm and it was dark. The parking lot was not well lit and the entrance was in the BACK of the building. right next to the Freeway. I should have listened to my gut as soon as I entered the parking lot. The staff did not feel very hospitable nor did I feel like I was going to be comfortable there. The elevators smelled funny and were so out dated looking. The hallways leading to the rooms were DARK! Very poorly lit and not a happy place to be in. I'm so sad I didn't take pictures of this place. The bathroom reeked of bleach and there was hair on the floor! The ironing board was dingy---brown, burnt and old. The pillows were large squares and the head board was made of that pleather material..and it was PEELING/ CRACKED to where the fabric was showing through. I went downstairs and checked out. BYE. I did not feel safe here in all ways. From the parking lot to the bedroom...this is my honest opinion.

The rooms could use more detailed cleaning. And beds made better

It was fine, nothing special or outstanding. No other comments.

The rooms are clean and roomy. The hotel is located close to the freeway, but without freeway noises. Continental breakfast, and all-day coffee in the lobby.

Close to the freeway, clean, pleasant staff, easy parking.

Convenient to what I was there for and needed to be.
