"I love old buildings and the Biltmore is iconic in downtown LA. My room was lovely - the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a typical older hotel bathroom -- clean but needs a little TLC. The staff is very friendly. Only issues were a very slow check in with only one person at the desk and a line. And, the toiletries could use a little help."
