The hotel is located next to a big lagoon which is perfect for running. It is surrounded with trees, looks and feels exotic. One of the best features of this hotel is how friendly and accommodating the staffs are. We arrived late and our room was ready with the air-conditioning on and a tea sachet with a sweet note from the room service staff. We have to leave very early to catch an early flight and the breakfast was ready as they promised. They have good selection of food and everything was perfectly delivered.

Good overall hotel, slightly dated but in a satisfactory condition. The only one thing that really need a improvements, its a breakfast, Limited number of items, especially for the 4+ star hotel, With abundant variety of fruits available in the country, selection of the fruits was limited to pineapple, papaya and bananas.

The hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff is most congenial and engaging. The restaurants serve a variety of delicious food and extra kudos to their Chinese restaurant that is one of the best I have ever eaten in. The only issue is the hard mattress on the bed ! Everything else is five stars!
Great hotel overall. Food is a little pricey, but very good overall. Staff is friendly, kind, and service oriented. Enjoyed my stay very much!
Room was a bit tatty, but the view was great. I had a view of the lake and Shwedagon.
