Welcome to this charming Waterview farmhouse in Chilmark Marthas Vineyard. This phenomenal property boasts 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin bed full kitchen living room with fireplace next to our Red Devon pasture. With 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and shower, guests will feel right at home. A 10-minute walk across the field and dunes brings you to Menemsha Beach and the 300-year-old fishing port. You are most welcome to bring one pet. Private and comfortable with easy walking access to Menemsha beach and the fishing port and beach passes Chilmarks private Atlantic beaches- Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket.
