Nice indoor pool, smaller than pictured.

Handled matters with COVID-19 very well. We had an enjoyable weekend at the Inn. The new fire pit is very nice.

I went with my sister and two younger children in early september. Stayed for 3 days, 4 nights. The area was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The restaurant attached Persey's place is quite good;;;reasonably priced, convenient and very good food. There were plantey of restaurants around the area that served good food. There was free and ample parking. The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. I could hear my upstairs neighbor for a bit one or two times but muted. The indoor pool was a big plus. And the fire place outside was beautifully placed and fun for the kids after using the pool. A 5 minute walk to the bus which takes you down to the Ferry (forgot the name) if you want to go to Martha's vineyard. Very convenient and effortless. The front desk was very helpful and friendly-giving maps and suggestions of how to enjoy the area.

The property was ideal and in perfect location. I only wish the walls weren’t so thin as the guy next door snored all night and could hear conversations at other times. I would go back. I lived all the windows in the room. Very friendly feeling.

Off season rate in effect. Nice Inn atmosphere, clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff clean comfortable room close to shops, walking path and beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable room and bed after long day of travel. Staff very friendly during check-in.

Stayed the night before Thanksgiving with my eleven year old son. Perfect location and nice size. I picked up my friends from the ferry, which was only a few miles away. After having lunch in Woods Hole, we went into Falmouth to run a few errands. The hotel was very close to small shops, Falmouth center and restaurants. Super comfortable beds as well.

very pleasant staff, indoor pool loved by our kids

The water pressure was substandard and the rooms a bit musty. We booked two beds and got an 'upgrade' to a bed and a couch.

They are changing their television provider so the clerk had to show us how to operate the TV switch and explained the change to us. We had stayed at this hotel about two months ago and my wife had left a special heating pad behind; when my wife mentioned it to the clerk on this stay she went into the lost and found the item and retrieved it for us. Location of this hotel is fantastic for Falmouth.

One night for business trip. Very quiet. Clean room. Great location.

The hotel is nice, clean, plenty of parking. And has an indoor pool which was great!

The hotel was really nice and clean . The breakfast next door was convenient. The only problem I had was the tv in the room was not working. It kept going silent and the picture would freeze.

The hotel was in a great location, in walking distance to many local attractions. Clean, and friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay at the Inn on the Square. The room and bed was clean and comfortable. The location was great (walking distance to bars, restaurants, and a walking trail). The only negative was the lack of a fitness center.

I stayed here during the off-season. The gentleman at the check-in counter was pleasant. My room was in the main building, close to the main stairwell. When people walked by, I could hear the floorboards creaking it wasn't an issue during the off-season since there were very few other guests, but in summer I think a room further from the front would be a better idea. Room was decently comfortable, and quite clean. Convenient to Camp Edwards if you're in the area on business and aren't in the barracks for some reason. There are shops and some restaurants within walking distance. Not near the beach at all.
