Good location, walking distance to Falmouth's historic downtown and town square. Front desk had great suggestions for dining and drinking. The place is nothing fancy, but a good value. It's on the main road into town and might not be quite so quiet and accessible during high season as it was in late September.

The check-in clerk gave us a bunch of excuses why we had to go to the second floor finally when threatened that we wanted to leave, moved us to the first floor. To carry our suitcases up to the second floor without an elevator would’ve been a hardship.
