The room was pretty clean. They dont make the beds but do change the towels if you stay more than 1 night. My kids loved the heated indoor pool, which is accessible walking through the inside. Theres no free breakfast or a restaurant attached.

The beds are very comfortable, social distancing is practiced well, and the location is perfect. The room itself was lacking however in cleanliness. The comforter had stains, the shower curtain had blood on it and the toilet did not flush.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Extremely rude and unaccommodating. I complained of people smoking despite it being a smoke free room. The staff at the front desk were the rudest people ive ever met. They also did not return my $100 incidental fee despite the fact there were no damages. These people are CROOKS. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else unless you enjoy being treated like a second class citizen.

The property itself is fine, but my spouse and I felt a little deceived this summer. We stayed here twice: first in July, and then six weeks later in August, and both times the wifi was barely working. It would be okay for about a half-hour, and then stop working for fifteen minutes, and then be okay again, and then stop working again, etc. When we called to tell them about this in July, they claimed they knew about the problem and were working on it. When we called in August, we received, almost word for word, the same response. What this tells us is that they do know about the problem, but are NOT working on it -- because if they were, how would the problem not be fixed six weeks later? In addition, both times we were there, the phones in the rooms did not work. In order to reach somebody at the front desk, we had to use our cell phones and dial the main hotel number. It's not hard for a property to get good wifi in Falmouth, MA. I suspect that the Falmouth Inn is banking on its guests just shrugging and assuming it's a one-time problem. This review is to clarify that it is not. If you have a need for consistent internet while in Falmouth, do yourself a favor and try another hotel.

Staff is super friendly. Coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator in room. Bar/restaurant on-site. Breakfast everyday. Convenient walk to the ferry if you're going to the islands.

Great stay! It was a quick stop before Martha’s Vineyard. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great customer service. Great location -- only a 15-minute walk from the main strip in Falmouth. Clean room. Wifi was good our first two nights, but spotty our second two nights, and that is our only complaint.

The Inn was nicely renovated. Looks like there was still work being done in some areas. The room looked really nice. The TV in the room needed some help. The sound was awful and the picture wasn’t great and if you like rock hard beds this room is for you! However, my husband and I do not. Overall the Inn was really nice and the restaurant has great food too!

It was fair in location and amenities. Check in & out was easy. Staff were very nice
