The staff were ok. The roll out couch had all kinds of garbage underneath the bed, tweezers etc... the mattress had some kind of plastic that made so much noise when you moved. The room next door must have been a storage room because there was slamming doors/walls all night. I could go on. No compensation was offered at the time of check out. Staff didn't seem to mind or care. Will not be back.

The room was clean and tidy an as expected. I had to run the tap in the bathroom for 2 minutes to get any warm water although the bath was fine. The TV remote only worked to shift up and down channels, no guide. No information page to tell you where to find breakfast or any other in house info. These are details over all but they were annoying.

We were visiting a family friend nearby with my little dog. The hotel is dog-friendly, which made it very convenient for us. The room and receptionist service was great, and the parking lot was easy to access. We didn’t try the breakfast since we were up after 10:00 a.m., but overall everything was great.

This was our second year celebrating new years in the jacuzzi suite. My son absolutely loves spending time in the pool and would stay there all day if I’d let him. The staff are always super welcoming and helpful, the facility is well kept and very clean. We can’t wait to come back.

All went well except for the bath area. There was a burn mark from a cigarette on the edge of the bathtub. Caulk missing or sloppy. The tub faucet was not properly caulked. Caulk missing between tub and the wall. In addition there was smeared white caulk at the floor-wall-bathtub. This lack of attention to detail clouded my overall opinion of the facility.
