Great place to stay and even though it is right by the highway our room was ultra quiet - room facing away from the highway. The breakfast was better than most that are included with your hotel stay.

I arrived at 7 pm and parked in a spot that was open and beside a pylon blocking the space next to mine. I didnt leave after i arrived that evening. I went to bed at 10 pm and was woken up by the room phone ringing at just before 11 pm. I was drowsy and didnt answer the phone and went back to sleep. At about 11:05 pm I started to hear knocking on my door. I was not feeling like answering my door at 11 pm and was frankly a little nervous or thought it was a drunk trying different doors. After about 4 or 5 knocking attempts they left. At this point i checked my phone which was on silent, and realized tgat the hotel had attempted to call me at 10:52 pm and left a message saying i had parked in the emergency ambulance spot and needed to move my vehicle. The spot was open when i got there, not blocked off or labeled in any way! I didnt want them to tow my van away so i got up and got dressed and moved my van (which the hotel had now placed a pylon behind). I didnt sleep very good for the rest of the night. What kind of hotel calls and knocks on its guests doors at 11 pm!? I was very unhappy with the whole situation and was supposed to stay 2 nights, but left the next morning. They would not issue me a refund because i had booked through Expedia. I will not be using Expedia for booking in the future and i will not be staying at that Best Western guarenteed. There has been no attempt to male it right.
