We booked for one night online . We got there, after checking the front desk offered a room in yard .As we opened the room a horrible smell was there and everything was dirty including doors that even you didnt want to touch it . Then after some min we complained about the room , he offered another room next to but it was the same . When we refused he took us to the main building and told that it is our premium room . It looked better and smell was less. So we accepted this one . But we shivered all the night and I could not sleep due to coldness of room.because the air contioner worked poorly and blankets was for cars not hotels .they were light and not warm at all. Totally it was the worst experience I have ever had.

The room was clean, washroom was ok. Not worth the price. Front desk staff was straightforward, very direct, no greeting, not friendly or helpful. There was a commotion with the other guests in the other hotel. Only good thing about the hotel was the location next to the abbotsford airport. Not worth the price.

I stayed in this hotel few months ago and decided to stay again. It was surprisingly different this time. The room was clean, a good continental breakfast is available at the lobby. The service was good and quick. The environment is safe and quite. Secure and clean atmosphere. The price was very reasonable. The pool was temperature controlled and clean. Definitely will stay again.

Very clean and spacious rooms, beds were comfy and pillows were perfect for a good nights sleep. Appreciated the phone call after we first checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. Continental breakfast is included which is nice. Would recommend this to any family or friend.

My husband insisted we get a cheap motel after a 24+ hour flight/travel time from Europe (had a hire car but couldn’t drive into our destination in B.C. on such little sleep) I wish I insisted we went across the road to the best western. Room smelt, felt unsafe, linen was clean but not “clean” (had obviously been washed but was still stained and tired). Didn’t want to have bare feet on the floor or in the shower. It’s okay but I hated every second of being there and couldn’t leave quick enough the next morning.

This may be one of the worst places I have ever stayed. To start the man checking me in was rude and took ages to acknowledge I was there waiting to be checked in. Then he said he was having problems with the payment so I would need to use the terminal to pay directly which I agreed to. After looking at my statement there are two charges from them and when I have called to inquire multiple times they continue to tell me that I only paid once when I clearly have two payments listed from them. I called my bank and they confirmed this and they stated that yes I was clearly charged twice ... I now have to go through disputes to try to get my money back. There were very interesting characters in and around this hotel which made us feel very unsafe. The room was dirty ... we had our two dogs with us and they kept finding things on the floor. The walls were paper thin so trying to sleep was almost impossible. This was the first stop in a two week long road trip and it put a very sour taste in our mouth. I have never been so disappointed with a hotel and am extremely frustrated with being robbed by them considering how much they charged per room to begin with.

Do not stay here. Front desk staff was extremely rude. I did not feel safe here as some sketchy characters near by and the door had no deadbolt or other way to lock. Brought this up with the staff and they were yelling at me about it. Very very aweful.

I already told the hotel about the problems with the room. They deserve adequate time to remedy the problems before broadcasting them. The location is perfect, close to good restaurants, the staff very co-operative and friendly.

Very worrisome just being in the area... Questionable people hanging around the parking lot. The window in my room was huge, with NO screen or safety features at all, my son could have fallen out of it.. loud appliances.. Woke up to a fight in the parking lot at 6am... Looked like they were fixing it up, but by allowing people like that Stay in their hotel, nothing will change. Stay elsewhere.

NO, NO, NO, HELL NO, DO NOT STAY HERE! Thanks to booking.com we ended up here and promptly decided against staying and luckily received a refund before going across the street to Best Western Plus. Go there instead, it's really nice. Creepy people hanging around, coming in and out of office making us uncomfortable and other horrible reviews that were not mentioned on booking.com made us high tail it out of there.
