We asked for early check in and were told we could get into the room at 3pm instead of the usual 4pm but when we got to hotel they didn’t have a room ready so we had to wait until 3:50 which was not ideal but they gave us $40 off for the hassle which would have been fine except the room I booked was a king suite with kitchenette, and when we got to our room it was tiny with no kitchenette!! Staff would not discount it anymore so we are extremely disappointed

Stayed for a very quick layover before early morning flight. Staff very courteous and arranged for 3 am taxi as no airport shuttle (contrary to Expedia listing). Room clean and quiet. Small thing but odd, no towel rack in bathroom, so had to leave towel on toilet seat to reach after shower.
