The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough. There was some traffic because of the hotel is beside the highway. But it was tolerable. It was nice to have the pool, the hot tub was usable but was out of order. The breakfast was a good feature but basic. You do get muffins, toast, coffee, juice, cereal, milk, hard boiled eggs, fruit and egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was great that we were provided with a first floor room as required. The restaurant next door is closed at 3 pm but was nice to have a hot breakfast on our last day. The only bad thing was I woke up to a very wet floor after a rainy morning.

The pool was ice cold, the hot tub was out of service, the housekeeping often missed towels or bath mat or face cloths. One day there was no cleaning done at all. They took my wife's refillable bottles one day. Our son had to leave a day early and we didn't get a refund for his room

Convenient location, but significant drawbacks. This hotel's proximity to the highway is both a blessing and a curse. While it's perfect for a quick stopover during a road trip, the constant traffic noise makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of an elevator is a major inconvenience, especially if you're traveling with heavy luggage. Be prepared to haul your bags up the stairs yourself. The room layout is poorly designed, with awkward shapes that prevent the air conditioning from reaching all areas effectively. This results in uneven temperature distribution and potential discomfort.
