I booked an ADA room for my parents which one of them being wheelchair bound. It was supposed to be a king sized bed, it was a double ! The room was small, the bathroom had no handrails, there was a bathtub that they suggested putting a chair in, and the toilet didn’t work. After complaining to staff, they fixed the toilet and stated that they weren’t really ADA compliant. That was a very important factor in my room choice. I’ll never book there again

-Body wash was at the sink instead of the bathroom -found a bug in our bathtub -bathroom didn't have any ventilation -found a mosquito in our room -We all think our beds were pretty comfortable - the staff were very nice (especially the ones check in us at night)

This is definitely a cheap place to stop for a night while on a road trip. It was clean and smelled alright but like many older buildings in California, insects like to come up from the drains and chill out with you. Bed frame was squeaky and annoying, freezer did not work to refreeze my ice packs (probably because it had so much ice build up from lack of maintenance), and the AC temp was definitely not right. Despite the location, you couldn't hear the highway noise, unfortunately the people up and down the halls were a different problem. Not enough to call the front desk and complain but it was noticeable. It was easy to get to fro. The highway and was close to a few restaurants, gas stations, and coffee that staying the night was worth it. Continental breakfast had the basics to get you back on the road but choices were limited especially when you don't have spoons for yogurt or cereals.

Nice location off the freeway. Very clean. Happy to see wood floors in the rooms. Could use an upgrade in the lobby with a nice lounge area, but they might still be remodeling. There was a loud motorcycle outside our window in the middle of the night and I’m not sure why they needed to rev their engine as long as they did, but I suppose that’s not the hotel’s fault. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
