I have been staying here for 3 years. It is going to be beginning a renovationl which will be much needed. Neither bed was completely set and one bed seemed as if it had been slept in. Several parts of the room as broken. Times are tough right now so they deserve a bit of a pass, however, I hope the renovation will provide a much-needed improvement. I will continue to work with Baymont as the staff is polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Will improve once we get past the coronavirus pandemic. Then we will get to have a real breakfast.

Things broken in rooms, had to change rooms, a/c unit falling apart, bathroom access broken, holes in walls.

This place could use a lot of work. 10 years ago this was a great place to stay but lack of maintenance has pulled it down into the range of a dump

They entered the room unannounced while we Were sleep and when we left out to go to the front desk a guy entered the room and removed our things

Nice and clean and hot water but a heater with a very broken wall thermostat meant using the buttons on the unit itself, which is fine, but someone must really hate climate control as the heater was smashed and loudly rattled. Then I got a wake up call at 5:30 am. I did not ask for a wake up call. I'd imagine whoever did is penning their own review right now about it.

I wish the breakfast was a little better? There’s not much to choose from apple juice Machine was bad

I called to confirm my reservation at 7PM. When I arrived at 10PM they told me they were full and left me stranded in Willows with no place to stay. I had made the reservation over a month in advance. The staff and manager were rude and I am hoping that my money is returned without a problem.

Pretty dirty place. Unkept. Not for family travel. Feet filthy after a shower in our room. Heavy construction traffic worker guests. Breakfast was little to none.

Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our weekend there. King bed was comfy!

Pleasant,clean, and comfortable. Close to several nice restaurants some you can walk to. I recommend Nancy's Airport Cafe and the Black Bear. Diner. Nice indoor pool and breakfast room with coffee,juice,donuts,cereal,and waffles. Most importantly, the sheets smell clean and fresh! Queen beds are on the small side and a bit firm. But I slept wonderfully!! Would stay again.

Two things. The bed did not have a comforter, just a blanket wrapped in a sheet. Also, the room window was open when we got there, that was weird. The rest was fine.

Very sub standard for the rate. Clerk was borderline rude and room was tiny.

No one is even here to check us in and waiting with a sleepy toddler after driving all day expecting easy 24hr check in as advertised is not ok.

Property is in bad shape. Old furniture, no appointments and horribly overpricedShould be a 0 star
