Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent Fulton Market area. Walkable to excellent dining and shopping options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and we loved the convenience of the attached coffee shop.

I was on business travel with a co-worker and decided to check out Citizen M. We loved our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we expected that. Check in was easy, the rooms were elegant, the staff was terrific. We would grab coffee and work in the lobby until it was time to go to our conference. There were lots of areas to work in. One thing my co-worker didn't like was that there wasn't an outlet or table by the bed. If you're someone who uses a CPAP machine, or you like to have your phone charging nearby at night, you might find the room layout a little awkward. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Fantastic location, great price, beautiful properly. I will definitely be coming back!
