The whole place smelled really bad. My shower was also broken, the bar had been broken then glued back to the wall at a weird angle so the shower curtain didn’t stay open, the water also didn’t fully go to the shower head. The lights in my room flickered and some weren’t fully lit

The first night I killed a cockroach, and then asked to switch rooms. Which they let me thank god.( I would have left that hotel but it had the best rating in the area and I was staying there for work related stuff.)Then every night the neighbors were very disrespectful being loud letting there kids runall over the place. The rooms looked like they were trying to do some remodeling but they hired a very unskilled person so everything is half assed. The shower dripped and was hard to start the actual shower. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!

There was a rain-like leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling, but was just dismissed. Front desk said the leak was from the floors above being cleaned. The toilet would randomly bubble up with a soapy substance and would randomly surge and flush on its own.

The room booking was the wrong bed size that I received , the tv had on signal at all so no tv . The first night , they finally gave my the right size bed ,again no tv at all , an the bed was soiled in a bad urine smell so we slept on mini couch . The manager accused me of breaking there tv , came to room an said she was coming back but went home without address ing the problem . This was my birthday it was a bad experience
