Management decided to place us right next to ongoing room reconstruction!!! No sleep!! The entire wing should have been closed during the constant banging till as late as 10:00pm. New owners, no people skills, not interested in guests experience.

The room was great, only 2 things from my stay. The light above the sink near the entrance no way I could turn it off. The second was no housekeeping I stayed 2 nights, I believe there should have been house keeping, but I’m not sure. Trash was still there etc. other than that great service, hotel is under renovation so dont expect breakfast. I would stay again, very close to welcome center and RTC Navy graduation which is why I stayed.

Hotel was under renovation, bath tub was filthy with water stains drain was broke. Had to call front desk because construction crew was working well into the might making lots of noise. Front desk clerks really didnt seem to know how to work their systems and were not bery accomdating. No hair dryers in the entire hotel.
