Great staff! Clean and perfect for my business trip.

Not happy at all. Swimming pool was closed after a half of hour i was in the swimming pool with my family. I have a rush from the water from the water at the swimming pool. The tub water did not drain out will my shower. So

The toilet handle was broken in our room but besides that everything was good.

Wonderful from start to finish, lashanna and Alexis ( the front desk supervisor and catering manager made my experience worth it. Anytime I had a question they never hesitated to help me, all the staff in total were wonderful

The motel/hotel is presentable, basically clean but in need of updating. Some doors don't close tightly enough. Could use a serious upgrade. Otherwise it is comfortable.

I had to attend a nursing seminar being held at the hotel on Monday. I decided to come the day before and stay overnight for convenience. Had a very nice/clean room on the 5th floor. Went to the whirlpool, had lunch and relaxed on Sunday. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay at Matteson's Holiday Inn again.

I was in town for business nearby, and the proximity of this hotel to several chain restaurants and the highway was a draw. My room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't completely clean either. The front desk was helpful the first and last time I stopped by, but in between, I waited 10 minutes for service. I could hear everything happening outside my room throughout my stay. The side door was consistently propped open so anyone could enter. Not a great stay, and I would not recommend to a friend.

Air conditioning not the best needs to be upgraded or reenergized

Me and my girlfriend stayed here because of its higher rating and it wa close to the tinley park amphitheater. We loved the pool and hot tub room. Very spacious and clean. And the overall hotel was very spacious and comfortable.

Everything was done as expected. Went to surprise my family because I live out of town. Room was just as I thought it would be which is good.

Had a great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again.

Pretty good, overall. My only 2 recommendations would be to add outdoor seating and/or picnic tables to outdoor smoking areas (since building is 100% non-smoking), and to change the bathroom lighting to something brighter (hard to apply makeup in that dim yellowish light). In addition, there were no hotel maps/local info in the room itself. Kudos to the hotel staff for fulfulling my specific coffee request notes left in the room! Please open outdoor deck area by pool for people to lay in the sun, smoke, lounge, etc.

Have stayed here multiple times over the years. Great location and staff. Nice rooms.

We stopped by on a Friday night around midnight and wanted to quickly get a room to stay - the bar downstairs was loud and very busy, lots of people coming in and out of the hotel. I booked a king but was told that they were actually out of kings and gave us a double queen, which was more than fine. Had to wait a while for the only 2 people on staff to deal with everyone needing room changes, etc. Finally got a room key only to go to the room, open the door, and there was a guy already in the room!!! He was just as surprised as we were, to say the least. Went back down to the desk, had to wait again for someone to help us, and finally just decided to cancel the room for the night and head elsewhere. They had accidentally written the wrong room number down for us and subsequently activated the key for the wrong room. Honest mistake, but coupled with the fact that we had to wait for service and the bar patrons were loud and drunk, we just decided to move along.

The staff is great. No restaurant and other amenities are sparse. An occupant is made to sign a statement acknowledging the prohibition of certain activities. The staff noted that the partying gets rather loud at times and more people stay in a room than are authorized. In my opinion, the hotel/motel may be on the brink of a downturn.

Location is great for a quick overnight trip for a concert at First Midwest Bank Ampitheater...nice clean room, and access to Bar Louie is ideal!

Nice lobby as you enter and a nice restaurant within the hotel that serves very good food. Unfortunately, the staff is only average from not being responsive to customer needs that should have been on the room in the first place. The room was clean and without smells of any kind. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little cramped but otherwise OK.

Went to a Business Conference. It was good and comfortable nice atmosphere. I also enjoyed the Bar being in the lobby.
