Staff very friendly only issue the television lost the signal Sunday
We were in town for a visitation and needed a place to sleep before driving back home. It was perfect for our needs.
Easy to get to with places to eat nearby and excellent free breakfast in the morning
Good hotel and good location to south and western suburbs. I will come back.
We stayed at this hotel for NYE, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a newly renovated room with comfy beds and pillows.
The night management was rude and very disrespectful.

Having worked for Mariott I was expecting better, WAY better but didn't find it here. The first room smelled smokey and had pubic hairs all over the toilet seat. The tub was dirty and the internet/cable tv service was awful. I moved rooms and it didn't get much better. There was no hot water in the shower, the water in the whirlpool was cold and cloudy and the water in the pool was cloudy.
This hotel was almost perfect for a budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub, my only complaint is the paper thin walls. Maybe not a good choice if you have to be somewhere super early as I did.
