Couldn't be happier. Hotel staff are very nice and sweet, represent Chiang Mai very well. Good location with amazing night market 10 min walk. The bed was unfortunately to hard, not all sockets worked well and the water pressure was not good. The personal was very helpful and every time very sweet and nice. Location wise it was very well placed, quiet but central enough to reach everything on foot. The pool is small and don't get sun all day, so it will be a little cold, but nice enough to chill.

The people were very nice, but the property was run down, the beds were hard and old. Old mattresses in the hall-wall, not well lite, ashtray on all the tables. You either had hot or cold water. Plus side, good location, very nice people. Could be a great property if it was maintained and cleaned up.
