When I clean up the desk myshelf，the tissues be “black” color. And the floor always keep hairs on. Leave down the message to inform the house keeper forth time，but no improve anymore.
My wife and I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel last December. The staff is rude and are incompetent. We stayed at the best room in the hotel which had a jacuzzi in the room. The first night, there was no one around to help us operate it as it was not working. The second night, they were unable to fill it up with hot water as only cold water would flow. Because the hotel was full to capacity, it seemed they didn't have enough hot water going around to all the rooms. They would not give us another room and refused to refund any money for all our troubles. We ended up leaving and staying at another hotel which was 1/3 the price and had an amazingly beautiful experience. Please dump this hotel at all costs as they just don't know how to run a hotel of this class.
