My wife and I stayed here last month and it was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very hospitable. If your ever in Chiang Mai, don't hesitate to stay here. You won't regret it! Everything was amazing from the staff to the food.
Though we were there for only four nights, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and get away. The level of service from the staff was surprising. We felt like we were treated like royalty; the staff was so attentive and proactive to our needs including helping us to arrange rides to the old city. A shout out to Siri and Nice for all their special attention. The grounds were very beautiful; it had the feel of being at a retreat rather than a hotel. It was so peaceful, the flowers scented the air, you could walk to the rice field, attend the spa, and enjoy the pool that has an unique shape offering both swimming and privacy. The Spa was beautiful and the massage was wonderful and our room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant served local specialties as well as some western fare and the well-stocked bar had well priced happy hours every day.
I could tell we had picked a great hotel the moment we pulled up to the hotel. The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, and the staff is exceptional. Everyone was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and professional. Would recommend and would stay again.
Loved Siripanna, staff there are so kind and helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable beds. 10 min Shuttle to night bazaar. Would have given 5 stars, but unhappy with ridiculous overcharge on laundry- walk around corner and get it done for 10% of hotel cost
Awesome hotel, 10 min ride to night bazaar, wonderful staff, good breakfast, decent gym.....I would give it 5 stars, but 2 bad experiences at end of stay- DONT do laundry here, had 2 t-shirts and 3 panties washed and cost $15!!!! Laundry right next door to hotel would have cost $1-total ripoff. Also, restaurant expensive and SLOW for dinner
Wife and I used their Spa facility for traditional Thai massages. We both enjoyed them immensely.

Smaller hotel with local feel. If you are looking for a western like hotel l, this isn't it. It has a lot of character and beauty. We loved it there.
The hotel has good parts. The entrance, the pool and the rooms are pretty. However we saw a cockoroach in the restorant and another one in the bathroom. When we arrived they didnt know that we already pay for breakfast when we had...

All things considered, this is the best hotel we have stayed in Thailand. Everything is of high quality. The swimming pool is a fantastic design. The breakfast and dinner are great. This is perfect for family and foreign guests.
What an amazing way to spend our time while in Chiang Mai. The service was great - all staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our first time in Thailand. The room was huge, the amenities were great and the restaurant was both tasty and affordable. The only drawback was that the hotel was a bit far from downtown and the shuttle service came very infrequently. That being said, tuk tuks into town are also very affordable and made it quite easy. Would definitely stay here again - thank you!!
