En general el hotel aún y cuando es busssiness clas tiene un restuarante muy limitado, el cuarto es demasiado pequeño, las puertas tienen poca seguridad, la camarista entro sin tocar la puerta antes, no tienen seguro la puerta principal, a la salida el personal de recepción nos hizo esperar hasta que revisara el cuarto esto nunca me había sucedido en otro hotel, mala experiencia, hay mejores opciones en Chetumal. Gracias
