El Sr. Rolando fue un gran anfitrión durante nuestra estadía en Bacalar. Tuvimos un percance médico y el nos asistió durante ese tiempo que no sabíamos para donde ir. También nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones para comer rico, tour a la laguna de 7 colores y todo a buen precio en el area al igual que para irnos a dar un masaje. La estadía en este hotel fue perfecto especialmente por el Sr. Rolando y sus atenciones.

Property wasn't as it's on Expedia publication pictures, property was not well maintained. Staff was friendly but I only see them when my husband and I arrived. Location was kind of far from the center and we didn't feel safe while walking at night due to poor street lightning. I found out better and cheaper places when we explore the town. I will not stayed here again.

The staff, ronaldo?, was great. I was concerned about parking as we had a vehicle packed to the brim and didn't want to fully unload it. He allowed me to park in his spot inside and kept things safe for me. He was attentive to my concerns and was going to allow me to go to another hotel without any cancellation issues even!
