The hotel is not being kept. That gives a really bad impression.

Not my first time staying at the hotel but as always they never disappoint. I had a wonderful stay. The room was great; the staff friendly and willing to assist. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely be going back.

The hotel is quiet and the staff is friendly. I woke up at 3 am and to my surprise the front desk clerk was awake and attentive. He offered me coffee and asked if everything was ok. He engaged me for an hour in friendly converstation without ever showing any eagerness for me to leave and bored. He really made me feel welcoming/

My family always enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff id very friendly and professional. The location is great. We definitely will stay here again.

Second visit. Just as nice. Extremely impressed. Room would easily go for 3 times as much in the States.

Staff friendly and helpful. Was down to my last pesos. The ATM right outside the hotel was a life saver. Was onna mission, so didn't get a chance to sightsee. Only time to enjoy the accommodations.

Price was great and hotel was enjoyable. Only problem was that the Room very small though

The hotel is located steps away from the Mayan museum wich is amazing, unfortunaltely when we went there was a HUGE construction going, hopefully that is fix and the hotel is back to normal.

There is a lot of construction going on outside and the taxi from the ADO bus station ripped us off by charging 80 pesos instead of 18 becasuse of the inconvenience. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The garden and pool area were a nice respite from the heat. The bed was very comfortable but we had a bit trouble getting hot water for the shower and they only gave us Decaff coffee, but upon asking at the desk, staff gave us Regular. Because of the construction, it could have been a little cheaper.

Very clean, very modern, comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly, but zero English, so we have some miscommunications. more expensive than others in town, but worth it. Beautiful pool and patio.

Good, clean rooms. What you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff was nice and helpful. Water pressure for shower was low though. Also, Air conditioner would not work correctly with remote. Couldnt adjust it once I turned it on. Worked great! but couldnt turn it off when it got too cold...
