Very comfortable stay. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of stay. Breakfast was just right. All other aspects that make a hotel distinct from others. Especially the ambience which was all Indian. Truly Trident!!
Unexpectedly I ate on my own at the cinnamon restaurant. What a pleasurable experience. the food was only beaten by the welcome I received. Not by an individual member of staff but by all the staff. Many thanks
Had stayed here for a night and had business meetings. It was a great experience overall. Front office Varun was really courteous and supportive. Though there were huge rush due to some government crowd, the way he had handled the lounge area and reception was worth mentioning. Restaurant staff were also good
Had a pleasant stay at Trident (had stayed there for couple of nights). A good property located closer to the airport. The staff there are courteous and are proactive in accommodating any requests. Had a minor glitch with airport pickup ( hoping that it was just a one off thing).
I had booked a club room and was picked up from the airport checked in to a fabulous room, but really all this we expect today from a 5 Star property. What really impressed me was the service right from the driver who picked me up to the reception staff, service at the restaurant (they replaced what I ordered wrong), needed some extra time. What can I say excellent excellent service. keep it rocking! Vinod
Stayed here for three nights/ four days. Staff is super accommodating - always proactive in solving issues/providing excellent service. The food is really good. Tried breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet during my stay. All food was very good, and they had a good selection of entrees/desserts. My glass was always full of water and I was even provided the daily newspaper. The restaurant thats only open for dinner was awesome. The staff was very professional and even provided me a magazine for me to browse through - it was an extension of a conversation we had about Indian weddings and attire. The restaurant specializes in seafood at the moment so I just took the waiter's word for it and had him recommend me a soup and enteee. I forgot what they were called, but both were really good! The entree was a fish dish and it cooked perfectly. I thought the spices would overpower the meat, but it didn't at all! Spent a day at the spa which is located towards the back by the pool. Body scrub, facial and body massage. It was so relaxing and my skin felt so soft afterwards. After the massage I was ready for a nap! Haha. It was so relaxing. Didn't go in the pool. The only downside I would have to say is the location of this hotel to other places to explore. There isn't much to explore within walking distance. However, it is a great a location if you are looking to get to the airport in a timely manner as it's very close to it. Overall, my stay here was excellent. Would recommend.
I thank the staff for their amazing service and making me feel completely at home. Trident Chennai was pleasant and comfortable. It is a quiet place offering good quality of sleep. The pool and food was also very nice ..
Stayed here for a month, which is a fairly long stay away from home and I must appreciate the following staff for making my stay extremely comfortable and extending great customer service Jitendra Mishra/Aruna/Girija Sai/Althaf/Dharani Special note of thanks to Pappu Singh and Sharad Sharma Each one extended great sensitivity to all requirements and thanks for being super courteous and taking care of my when I was unwell Great stay, food, ambience and customer service.... :-)

The overall experience of staying at the Trident Chennai was pleasant and comfortable. It is a quiet place offering good quality of sleep and no nonsense professional attitude. The young Chef was enthusiastic about the suggestions for the dinner particularly the low calorie options. Complementary pick up and drop to the Airport makes it so much easier to choose this hotel.
